Job description: Review Time Impact Analysis & Work Orders. Recommend processes that can be integrated with technology for installing cooling towers/chillers for greater efficiency. Review change orders & revise cost & effort estimates. Create project initiation document which identifies projects scope, goals, schedules & execution methods using Primavera, AutoCad MEP. Integrate schedule with 3D model & show logistic site related issues. Participate in procuring supplier& sub-contractors.
Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Construction Engineering plus 1 year experience in job offered or as Analyst or Engineer. Prior work experience must include 1 year experience to recommend processes that can be integrated with technology for installing cooling towers/chillers for greater efficiency. Create project initiation document which identifies projects scope, goals, schedules & execution methods using Primavera, AutoCad MEP. Integrate schedule with 3D model & show logistic site related issues.
